Thembinkosi Nyirenda is a distinguished Corporate and Commercial Attorney who provides regulatory, dispute resolution and transaction-related legal advice to corporate, government and institutional clients across diverse industries.
His experience includes drafting commercial contracts, facilitating corporate formations and restructurings, conducting due diligence investigations on proposed M&A transactions and advising on infrastructure development projects across the energy, mining, transportation and technology sectors.
He advises clients on Public-Private Partnership projects in relation to Integrated Rapid Public Transport Networks, Intermodal Facilities and Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement programs.
He has also played a meaningful role in public policy, serving on a government task team mandated to develop the Upstream Petroleum Bill.
